I am a computer "newbie" Can I still do this? TOP
ABSOLUTELY!! The hosting providers we work with provide you with a system that is extremely user friendly. Most also provide you with a Knowledge Base, Forums, and Ticket Support as well to help along the way.

What if I already have a Hosting Company? TOP
At this time we only offer our services to our preferred hosting providers. You are more than welcome to purchase a design for use on another provider, but we can not guarantee that it will work. As we code our designs to work specifically with our hosts.
How often do you add new designs? TOP
We add designs as time permits. When we have clients that need tending to, they come first and foremost on our to-do list. Therefore, during busy times we are unable to create new designs for sale. We do however try our best to fit them in as often as possible, as our brains are overflowing with ideas for new ones!
I want to change part of my design, is that ok? TOP
Our designs are provided to you on a limited usage license and are not to be broken up or changed without our permission. If you are wanting a change to a design we have installed for you, we ask you contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Can I use my website design on my blog? TOP
All designs purchased must be used for the intended use. Therefore if you purchased the design for your website, it can only be used on your website. However we are always more than happy to work with you on helping you achieve a consistent look throughout your business. Just email us with anything you may need.
Will you change colors / fonts for me? TOP
We are always happy to accommodate you in any way possible. Some of our designs are able to be changed, others are not. Feel free to email us for information and pricing on changes.
